I ordered this shirt almost a month ago and still haven't received it. Like what is going on? I understand things happen and mail gets held up but I can't even get info on it as far as tracking goes without having to pay to track it??? I'm really upset

Instructions for initials were NOT clear therefore I ended up with an embroidered tee with the wrong initials - I own a lot of monogram items and this is the 1st that was received that I couldn't wear. Would like a replacement please. -
