I like this brush but my hair doe get stuck sometimes after a shower

I intended to buy this as a gift, however I found something that the birthday girl would like better. I have tried twice to contact the seller asking how to return the item and I’ve gotten no response. 3 stars because I really like the look of the product, is good weight and seems like good quality. Would have more stars if the seller was easier to reach.
