I never received my brush and they won’t respond to my emails. It was never received by DHL so they didn’t ship it. Never do business with this seller!

I am satisfied with these masks. They fit nicely and they wash nicely.

*Update" I received the product May 21st and emailed them shortly after. 7/4 Still no response from the seller. If I could give it less that 1 star I would for seller response. I wasn't even looking for a refund just needed to know what other product I might need or if all I needed was just the powder. I was just disappointed there were no instructions on how to apply and if other products were needed. It may have been in the product description, but I didn't think it have to read it before I ordered. I emailed the seller and received no response. Poor customer service 👎 I have no idea even if the product is good or not because there's no instructions at all so I can't use it.

The bristles are much stiffer than the original wet brush I have so I’m not a big fan. But it’s nice to have as a back up and the travel case is awesome.

Took forever to ship. And it broke really fast when my daughter dropped it on the ground. But it was cute design.

The brush itself appears to be good quality. I’m giving only 3 stars because I contacted the seller about the delivery date. I had ordered the brush based on what was posted as the usual processing and handling time before shipment. I was assured my grand daughter would receive it by her birthday. It arrived four days after her birthday. I had hoped she would have one gift to open from me before I could arrive two days after her birthday with her other gifts. I physically arrived with her other gifts two days before the gift she was to have received on her actual birthday.

I finally got to try this out today and it’s definitely a time saver. I didn’t have to straighten my hair after. It was a humid day in Texas and my hair didn’t look like a crazy lion at the end of the day. Success

Pumice bar works good on my feet and elbows. Item arrived timely and was packaged properly for transit.

My package was broken very damaged in the bag but the brush was not damaged.
