This product broke within the first day of my daughter wearing it and I have had no reply from the seller to my emails

Lighter then expected and so easy to just love.
I have worn the bracelet a couple weeks off and on and it has already came apart. Very poor quality and I would not recommend. I am very disappointed and would like to have my money back.
