I received the wrong item, I contacted the seller and have not heard back from them.

Initials were not centered. Looks very unprofessional. Contacted seller who said they will be sending a replacement but haven't seen it and that was 2 months ago.

I ordered a Game controller icon and a Book icon for my son and my daughter. I got a karate icon and hockey icon. I tried to email to get reimbursed and cannot get a response.

It is adorable. Works great for a little girl, or a big girl cause it's not babyish.

It is much harder to see the name etched in there than I expected.

Very cute! Had a little mix up with the items when they shipped. They corrected the item but the blue is not the same color that is pictured, it is a dark blue instead of aqua. Disappointed that you can barley read the name but it's still cute.
