Amazing & great quality.

Had a difficult time ordering and the item was received it was incorrectly engraved. The company took several days to respond but did take care of the issue and sent out a replacement very quickly. The actual product is very good.

My son loves it! As soon as he gets home from school, he goes and turns it on. He’s 8 and it’s an awesome addition to his computer desk.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The first item was defective, so they sent a new one after I was persistent with the customer service dept. They definitely didn’t offer it even after sending the company photos of the defective product. They wanted to make me purchase a new item at a discount. Now the new item that was sent is also defective. The holes for the earrings do not go all the way through the plastic. So frustrating And embarrassing because this item was a gift.

Ordered the Mike version for my husband. No circle included in the product sent, just the name between two lines. While I like the idea of the etching, I was expecting it to look like the example I chose.

Our little guy loves his!

I got this as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I love the size (not too big), the color changing is super fun! I can never find her name and have to get things personalized, so this was perfect!

Wonderful customer service! I emailed asking for a custom item without the hooks and they happily granted my request.
