I purchased as a wedding gift I ordered the white board. The board wasn’t in perfect condition as I had thought, and had natural imperfections. I was upset when I first saw it and contacted the company immediately. They responded in less than an hour and offered to correct it. I didn’t mind the imperfections, just wasn’t expecting them. I gave 5 stars bc of the customer service and bc the couple loved it.
