No great for medium size or above; didn't offer different sizes

This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I attempted to return the items I purchased and was given the run around. UPS could not deliver to the PO Box provided by the boutique. The company said they never had issues before. I had the message directly from UPS and the company was no help whatsoever and would not provide me with an alternate delivery. Now I'm stuck with product that doesn't work and I had to foot the shipping bill. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone, ever. I would have rated this without any stars, but the system required me to leave at least one. I have a co-worker who loves shopping Jane and suggested I try it. So far, I'm not a fan.
Cup size does NOT proportionately increase with the band size.
