Extremely disappointed with Little Adam & Eve's customer service. I had ordered this dress almost 6 weeks prior to Easter. It however didn't show up until the day before Easter. (And ended up being too small!) I had multiple communications with Little Adam & Eve to determine where my order was. I was given absolutely no apology, and minimal information. My shipping / tracking information said the order was going to ship on 3/15, about a week after my initial order. Then it just sat there for a month!! I didn't want the fire drill that ended up happening, which was why I ordered so far in advance! Thankfully Jane.com was able to intervene to help move things along. Even though it was a cute dress, I would never buy from Little Adam & Eve again.

Never ordering from this company again!! I ordered Easter dresses for all 3 of girls on March 6th. It stated seller ships by March 15th, so that gave me plenty of time to have them. I emailed 2 weeks before Easter because had not received them yet and was given the response "our shipment was delayed and we did not receive all of the items so we are waiting for the rest to come in before shipping out. They will be shipped out to you in a day or two." A week went by and the tracking was still preshipment. I received them the day before Easter and had to use other dresses I bought for Easter pictures. Long story short, dresses were cute and fit nicely, but customer service was horrible with zero communication about delayed shipment (I had to email them not other way around!!) and did not ship in a timely manner!! They only got 2 stars from me because the dresses were cute. Never again from this company!!!

This has been the worst company to wrk with. My order didn't ship until 2 days AFTER the "ships by" date. The "customer service" emailed response was extremely unprofessional-typos, short and smiley faces. The dress arrived today (almost a week after Easter. The dress was even called "Easter Dress"). The seam on the shoulder is off significantly, and the bottom of the tulle is very jagged and messy looking. The surging of the lining under the tulle is very sloppy and fraying. Where the tulle skirt is sewn to the floral top is also very poorly done and none of it is lined up. The print has spots of ink where it appears it shouldn't be as well. Hopefully the customer service gets back to me eventually

Who knows the sizing...STILL don't have the product. Ummm, it didn't make the Easter basket...ll

I have no complaints about the dreses....once I finally received them. However, I have complaints about the shipping and customer service of little Adam and eve. I ordered these dresses in plenty of time for an event. Plus the shipping date listed was within the time frame as well. But when the listed shipping date came and went I was concerned. Waiting it out I did see that a shipping label was created 4 days later, but then further waiting resulted in no shipping. Finally concerned about the timing I contacted the company directly. I got a response within two days stating that they were sorry and my order would be shipped out the next day. It was cutting it close, but if done as promised I would still get them in time. It would have all been great if the promise was fulfilled, but the order did not ship the next day. It finally shipped the day after in the afternoon, 2 weeks after the listed ship date. The dresses were set to come in the day after I needed them. I am disappointed by the customer service and shipping policies of this company.

Hat was definitely tiny but very cute just hoping it'll fit our new little ones head

This is so thin and cheaply made. Very disappointed in the quality.
