My niece loved getting these for Christmas! They are very cute and the shipping was fast

unresponsive! seller only sent half of my order and has not responded to emails. contacted jane support and seller also did not respond to them. jane made it right, but the seller did not accept responsibility for their error. disappointing because i actually really liked the product. want to order a replacement but too fearful of more terrible customer service.

I have tried reaching out to the seller to either get a refund or a replacement for my item. I have put in every effort with usps to get this and haven't received my item. Seller has not returned my email asking for assistance. retreate

Looks beautiful but necklace broke within a few wears. Need to find a new chain now.

Warning : Stamping didn't fit ring size, name mis spelled and not corrected . Not as pictured . Very disappointed .

I have asked for a refund due to the stamping being incorrect. It is engraved not stamped as pictured
