I there a ZERO rating?! I can FINALLY write a review on this! I tried to order this item TWICE and each time my order was cancelled because the vendor refused to ship to Alaska. So I ordered it and had it shipped to a friend that lives in Arizona. She received it, did not open it (this was actually for a friend that lives HERE in Alaska!), and kept it until she was coming up here on a planned trip here, arriving on July 19. She brought the binder with her and gave it to the friend it is intended as a gift for and it is totally ruined. The binder and ring portion is totally jacked up and it is unusable! I do not know if this happened in shipment or what but I WENT THROUGH A LOT OF TROUBLE TO BUY THIS ITEM as a gift for a friend and all I did was waste my money and my time. Right now it is a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY THIS! UPDATE AND ROUND TWO: After many emails back and forth I am pleased to say Denise Albright stepped up and sent a brand-new, second binder directly here to Alaska to my intended gift recipient and she is thrilled. This one arrived functional and pristine. I am very happy with this outcome because no one should have to pay for an item that arrives in a state of disrepair.
