After ordering from them I did receive two different size shoes. We have communicated back and forth trying to resolve the issue. The communication has been consistent and helpful and I will hopefully receive a new pair in about 2 weeks. I may be weary of ordering in the future but I do know that their customer service is efficient and available if something does go wrong.

If I could rate them a 1/2 star I would. I normally wear a size 6.5-7 depending on the shoe so I ordered a 7.5 just to be safe. I received the shoes quickly but they were to small. On May,15, I emailed the company stating that the shoes didn't fit and I would love to exchange them for a size 8 if possible. They were quick to get back to me with a form to fill out to send back with the shoes. I filled the form out and mailed them 2 day delivery which cost me another 9.75. My tracking # stated they received the shoes May 18. 4 weeks later I had still not heard anything from them so I emailed them again in which they responded quickly asking for the tracking # for the package so the matter could be resolved. I received a return email stating I was to receive a refund. I emailed them again saying I would really prefer an exchange if possible where all the shipping costs were so much. I was informed the shoes were no longer in stock with a comment that they recommend ordering 1/2 bigger which I did. So basically I ate 16.74 in shipping for nothing. In between all this the shoes were listed on Jane again. I feel like I could have gotten an exchange had they not sat with my money and shoes for 4 weeks. Would not recommend ordering anything from this company....

Have t worn them yet but tried them on and they are the most comfy shoes ever! I'm a true 8 1/2 and I prob could've done a size 9.

Not true to size as stated. Sending back for a refund would cost too much. Hopefully I can find a friend that fits them.

Have not worn yet, but love them. Worried as I've not ordered from Jane before. But, the sandals were exactly as shown.
