very wide. great price, perfect height heel so they are casual but still put together but they are so wide. and i don't have issues with that, i don't have to order narrow shoes. they looked like i was wearing a mans boot. bummer.

Super comfortable

Super cute bootie and pretty comfortable so far. I've only worn them once to work and did not do a lot of walking.

I ordered these in taupe and loved them, but they were too small. Contacted the seller to see if I could exchange a size up and they responded quickly and were very helpful. However, the thing I'm frustrated with is you are responsible for shipping costs if exchanging and just refunded the price of the shoes before shipping. Because of this, all in all, I ended up paying MORE than the original price the shoes are advertised for and no longer getting anything close to the sale posted on Jane. I have emailed them regarding this to see if I can get at least part of the shipping refunded in addition to the cost of the shoes, but this time around I have not heard back. I emailed last week so I'll give it some time but I'm really frustrated with their exchange policy. Thankfully I do love the shoes themselves but was NOT planning on shelling out as much money as I have! Because of this I likely won't order from them again.

These are very cute, but not comfortable... no padding on the ball of foot and tight across the top of the foot. Too bad, because I really like the style!
