Fits true to size. Cute shoe but I ordered the Taupe & the "leather" looks so cheap!

These don’t fit even close to true size. They are narrow and 1-2 sizes too big. They took a long time to finally arrive. When I contacted the company they said I could return them as long as it was within 14 days of the transaction.... they weren’t even to me by that time! So frustrating! And I can’t find anyone that they fit.
Completely off size. I ordered a 10 and they fit like an 11.
Love these and very comfy. Would purchas another color.
