Items took 8 days to ship. Says usually ships 3 to 4 days. I canceled item cause had not shipped. Two days later got email item was on its way. Contacted Jane. Jane did reply and copied email to seller. Jane asked what they could do. I asked to have item returned along with shipping fees refunded. That email was sent on June 8. Today is June 16. Nether Jane not seller has replied to me. Boutique turn around time slower than anticipated. Jane did not and has not stepped in to resolve .

This is my second time ordering this item because I loved the first one so much! Super fast shipping and great product!
