Cheap quality. Took way to long to arrive.

It turned out nicer than expected
CHEAP LOOKING. WENT RIGHT IN THE TRASH AND HAD TO REPLACE WITH BETTER QUALITY BEFORE GIFTING. TOTAL WASTE
Very disappointed with this ornament. The personalization is so tiny and blurry that you cannot read it. I ordered 2 for gifts. Will not order again.
We have some of these from another seller and my mother in law commented on how nice an idea it was. So I ordered her these. Much nicer and more pattern choices. I’m sure she will love them Thanks!
I was so excited to receive both ornaments I ordered. BOTH had flaws in the printing. On one a letter of the last name on the ornament it was a complete different color than the others. Not happy.
Writing is not very clear

I guess I was expecting the top to be plastic. The whole thing is foam, we haven't used it yet as it is a Christmas gift so I hope it won't hold water. We have a Basset and he tends to spread the water everywhere. It's cute, just not quite what I was expecting.

The ornaments are very cute and the personalization looks great. However, I received the wrong style of ornament for one that I ordered. The one I got is also cute, but not what I was wanting for a gift. I've had trouble contacting customer service about this as well.
Was very disappointed with this purchase. I can hardly read the engraving on the doggie bone. It is very light print. I realize the item is small and the pictures advertising the tags are enlarged to a certain degree but I was hoping for a better result than what was received. Joyce B
