Seller never responded to my email. Both of my sons names were printed wrong.
Unhappy with the customer service. I ordered 3 pet tags. 2 were delivered with the incorrect phone number. After 2 attempts to contact the seller I had to go through Jane, still no answer. When Jane agreed to simply provide a refund, the seller finally responded to fix the problem and send new tags. Well I still don’t have new tags, but Jane did provide the refund.

I LOVE this pet mat. It is one of my favorite purchases from Jane. It fancied up our pup's eating area. Good quality - would definitely recommend! It was a bit smaller than I had anticipated but worked out!

Cute except they left the metal piece that attaches it to the collar loose so it was moving around in the packaging and scratched up the whole tag
