Very cute, sturdy material as well. I bought for a gift for my friend with her Son's name on it.

The pros, this bracelet was was a fantastic price for something personalized. I bought it as a gift for my friend. It is nice and sturdy, and the etching is not bad, although not quite as clear as the photos. The cons, it came 3 1/2 weeks after buying and It arrived bent in half . It wasn’t packaged well, or at all protected internally . It was in a mesh bag in a large padded envelope. It probably did a lot of moving around during transit and ultimately damaged the product. I tried to adjust it myself, but it still doesn’t look great as there is still a slight lump in the center.

I received my order and the name is spelt wrong. I have emailed to seller twice and not gotten a response. I'm assuming that at this point there is no way I can get this corrected before Christmas. Just looking for a way for them to response so that I can get my money back.
