I received the necklace I ordered with the name spelled incorrectly In November. I reached out several different ways, finally received an email back asking for order number. Emailed the information back immediately that way I could get my item back before Christmas as it was a gift for my daughter. No response back and never received the necklace with the correct name spelling. Very unhappy. I just want the necklace spelled correctly that I paid for.

Great product. Daughter loves it! It is a bit fragile so you have to be careful not to bend but they are very pretty and a good product.

Sent item with the wrong spelling, I have confirmation of how I sent the spelling and arrived in silver when it was suppose to be gold. I tried to contact the seller with zero response.

Necklace broke after one week, I've emailed twice to get replacement and have received no response.

Had to give 1 star so I could leave a comment. Charms came with incorrect spelling of name. I contacted the seller requesting a refund and they stated they would send out another charm Charm never arrived and now the seller will not respond to emails.

My daughter loves it an wears it all the time. Great gift.

Very beautiful, however it arrived tangled in the box which was really frustrating A lot lighter material then I was hoping and most definitely shorter too

Product ordered was spelled wrong. Sent emails on 12/20/2020, 12/28/2020 and 1/2/2021 to ask that it be replaced. No response. One star because it is a cute design. This is too bad because I was so excited to give it to my sister, who LOVES this Disney-related font and design.

I made two separate orders, the first with one necklace and the second with two. I received my completed first order, but only one necklace with my second order. I have emailed the company (a week ago) about the issue but they have not responded.

If I could give zero stars I would What a piece of crap this necklace was My daughter wanted one for Christmas and I got it out of the package, put it on her and it broke it less than 5 minutes It's extremely lightweight and flimsy and such a disappointment I emailed the company about it just curious if it happens often or if maybe we got a bad one but nobody responded Don't waste your money!!!!!
