On March 7, 2021 I ordered a necklace from them and the clasp Did not work. I sent an email they told me they send me a clasp back out to me it’s been over a month and I have not received anything. I have requested my money back this is not how you do business not satisfied!

Letters way to small and thin. I didn't love it 😕

Super cute! I made sure to tighten the letters before wearing it.

Even if you correctly spell the name desired and she misspelled it, the company will not make it right or even give you a refund. Purchase at your own risk. Terrible.

Ordered 2 and only received 1. Wrote an email to the company and have yet to receive a response. I will continue to follow up until I get a response or money returned for the necklace I did not receive.

I prefer the thinner letters however I like my new necklace.

Never got my package

Absolutely love this. I would give 5 stars but wish it would have advised the length of the chain. Very short. But looks like I can change out the chain as I will need it longer.

Chain broke within a week of arrival. No response from company.

Love this necklace! Just need a longer chain, but other than awesome necklace!!
