
Maternity Lounge Dresses
See updated review below:The dress is cute but I’ve been disappointed by the customer service. I received the dress timely on May 18, and emailed Ashley Nicole Maternity on May 24 asking to exchange for a larger size because I thought it ran a little small. A week later I got an email response asking to verify the item. I responded within hours, and have not heard from them since (today is June 14th). I did send a follow up email on June 8th, but have yet to receive any kind of response. I feel stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit. Update: after posting this review I was contacted by AshleyNicole Maternity and was told they were having issues with their email. They gave me a full refund within a few days, including shipping, and I have been happy with their recent customer service. They also offered to exchange my item but I chose the refund instead.
