UPDATE: Revived email from seller same night as I posted this review. Seller is sending me out a decal to replace the one I ruined, and they added some useful tips on how to get the decal to actually stick to the transfer tape. Was able to complete my project and am super exited to get this (belated) Christmas gift off!! Very responsive seller. Willing to make everything right. WOULD buy again even if it does take a little bit of work. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Was really excited about these decals. Bought them as part of a Christmas gift for my bestie who is moving back home. When I finally found time to do it calmly and without kids running around, I failed miserably. Tried easily for about an hour. Did everything I could think of. The decal would not come off the paper backing to stay on the transfer tape so I was unable to place it on the coffee mug and wine glasses I bought for her. I even tried going letter by letter and slowly peeling back the paper while rolling the decal onto the transfer tape but ended up mangling one of the teeny tiny letters. Which then rendered it useless. Was really, really, really looking forward to giving this to her 😔
