Bought 2 headbands, one fits perfectly the other keeps falling off

The 7/8 was a bit larger than I expected closer to a size 8. My daughter is a skinny long 7year old so take measurements! But it is soft and well made.

These shirts are SUPER cute, but the sizing has been really inconsistent for us. I have four of the same size in different colors/prints and they fit differently. I am hoping some will shrink and be wearable this summer.
