Wish it had the letter tabs
Purchased for a gift. Received it and half of the package is powder.

Zipper broke in first 24 hours
I ordered 2 cups and pouches for grandson and granddaughter. So far only the pouches were delivered to my daughter in Rockville, MD. 3 weeks still waiting for the cups. No updates yet? Please advise.
